Teddy Odindo - Managing Director

Teddy Odindo is a co-founder and Managing Director at Eco-Frontier Kenya Limited. He has 7 years’ experience working in the environment sector, with expertise in natural resource management, waste management, water quality, climate change, sustainable development, renewable and energy efficiency and carbon sectors. Teddy has a broad background in implementing household level carbon projects based on Gold Standard and CDM methodologies.

Prior to starting at Eco-Frontier, Edward worked as a Carbon Project Officer responsible for implementing carbon projects in rural communities, maintenance and monitoring of over 40,000 improved cook stoves across Kenya.

Teddy holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Biochemistry and Zoology from Kenyatta University and is currently pursuing a Master of Climate Change Adaptation. 

Jack Ayieko - Operations Director

Jack Ayieko is a co-founder and Operations Director at Eco-Frontier Kenya Limited. He is a Participatory Rural Appraisal, Monitoring and Evaluation expert, with over 5 years hands on experience in Incepting, implementing and monitoring of clean cook stoves projects across Kenya. He has overseen the delivery of over 40,000 clean cook stoves in the rural communities across Kenya. Jack has undertaken, supervised and reported several surveys especially in the health and carbon development sectors following the Gold standard and Clean Development mechanism methodologies.

Jack he has been in the frontline in guiding the development of standard operating procedures that have been used by other organizations to implement successful cook stove projects. Jack has also supported field audit visits in the successful verification and issuance of over 10 improved cook stove projects in Kenya.

Jack holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Nutrition from Egerton University and is currently pursuing a Master of Climate Change Adaptation at the Institute of Climate Change and Adaptation, University of Nairobi.
