Managing Director
Teddy is the guy who brings climate logic and business sense into perfect alignment. With 10+ years in the carbon, renewable energy, and environment sectors, he’s led the implementation of numerous household-level carbon projects under Gold Standard and CDM. A scientist by training (Biochem + Zoology, Kenyatta University) and a climate change nerd in progress (Master’s ongoing), Teddy is the team’s go-to for serious carbon strategy — with zero emissions of ego.
Jack Otieno
Operations Director
Jack knows Kenya’s rural energy needs like the back of his clipboard. With over a decade of experience working with communities across the country, he’s passionate about real-world impact — and not afraid to get his boots muddy. He handles project design, Research delivery,fieldwork, and operations like a pro. Jacks background spans Carbon project development and monitoring for Nature Based Solutions and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Climate Change Adaptation — because making impact sustainable is his jam.
